Built with a high-speed 32-bit Cortex processor, the controller ensures ultra-precise regulation across all operating temperatures. Integrated potentiometers allow you to fine-tune the output current and relay switch voltage to perfectly match your setup.
LED Feedback & Smart Water Level Detection
Easily monitor system status with a clear LED feedback system:
- Solid ON LED – Normal operation
- Slow blinking – Low water level, refill needed
- Fast blinking – Low HHO output or system error
For added automation and safety, connect a water level switch: the controller activates only when sufficient water is present, and displays “LOV” (Low Voltage) if the tank is empty. A built-in 5-second startup delay provides stable and smooth activation when power is supplied.

This oversized HHO PWM Controller 150A LED uses four 120A MOSFETs and a robust thermal design for exceptional load handling with minimal heat buildup—only +15°C above ambient at 50A output. It’s optimized for both 12V and 24V systems and can handle peak currents up to 150A.
